Regardless of my feelings about the slow response and who may or may not be responsible, this photo wreaks of someone's political agenda which I find disturbing.

This also appears to be a statement of the the federal governments slow reaction. I agree the feds needed to be in there quicker however, it was the responsibility of the local and state govt to request help. Help was initially offered but was turned down by the LA governor. Why does the federal government need to baby sit the local govt of LA? Why have state and local govt if the fed are expected to micromanage?
