Hi Green Man,
I know this comment doesn't belong here but I need some advice on your ginger beer recipe and I couldn't find your e-mail anywhere to ask you. I have started the plant and have just started feeding it. I was wondering if when you add the daily ginger and sugar, should I stir it as the sugar just seems to go to the bottom. Will this wreck the plant?
